The Police
There were scores and scores of police cars in Times Square lined up, parking on the curb, driving in circles with their lights (but not sirens) on. The police seem to like to do this shit periodically and I've never figured out why. They form a convoy that's often over a dozen blocks long (I'm not making this up) and then suddenly park in the middle of traffic. Way to make friends, NYPD!
